No. Needs Discovery gives general information about areas that may be worth a look based on what you tell us. It does not recommend a product. If you ask to speak to an adviser, a licensed Care Line adviser (FSP 24230) does a proper needs analysis with you before any recommendation is made.
Your answers stay in your browser until you choose to send them with your details. If you do, they are stored with your enquiry so the adviser who calls already knows what you told us, and they are handled under our POPIA notice. If you do not send them, they are not stored anywhere.
No. You can see your results and explore each area without telling us who you are. Leave your details only if you would like an adviser to call you.
Nothing. The check is free, and so is the conversation with an adviser. Care Line is paid by the schemes and insurers you end up choosing, if you choose any.
Yes. Many people use it to see whether anything has been missed. If you have cover you have not reviewed in a few years, tick it in the check and ask for a review.
